Two invites - one for actors, one for interested neighbors

The CHS Tip Post turns up comment gold again. This time from good neighbor Joel Lavin:

Hi I am Joel Lavin, I live on 19th (think Vios) I am the guy who bought the first church of crist, scientist and is building townhomes in it. Some friends we know are filming a indy flick in the church this month and there is an open casting Tues. 13th 3 to 8 if anyone is interested. If you want to hear about the church project drop by the church around 3:30 or 4 and ask around for me or Joe or stop me on the street I am often walking my two black dogs a lab and a pug. Joel

Thanks Joel. We've seen you and that unlikely canine combination out and about. You're up to some cool stuff. We count two invitations in the above, maybe more.

1. An open casting call for any thespians in our audience and...
2. License to stop that guy and three dogs on the street and talk to the assemblage about the cool project in the First Church of Christ, Scientist

If anybody takes Joel up on either invite, report back here, please. We sometimes wish we could act and we definitely love the idea of living in a cool old building like the church at 16th Ave E and East Denny Way.
