We are asked time to time, "CHS, where might I meet a lady friend on Capitol Hill?" Being far removed from the match game, we usually don't have a very good answer. But after our trip the other night to pick up takeout from Jamjuree, we have a suggestion for you singles on the prowl. As we waited for our order, we watched a stream of young single types come in to pick up their meals for one. Our suggestion: Stake out a spot at the counter and wait for somebody to come along who orders the same number of spicy stars as you do. Then combine orders.
