Not sure if this is old news to you but: By taking a look at the info found on Parcel Viewer, this entire lot is owned by Harvard Ave Investment Co LLC. But it looks like that is just another name for the Burkheimer family who have owned the property for several years. You can search by address or parcel number on Parcel Viewer: |

Web searches for burkheimer and broadway will give you several stories over the past few years related to this property. |
