Four-story, 61-unit, 1926 brick building with large 1BR apartments and a few studios. Courtyard, big laundry room, tenant storage, basement garage for bikes, scooters and cars.

Bad: The pipes are noisy. My kitchen was tiny. No dishwashers, laundry room is downstairs.

Good: My neighbors were awesome. The courtyard in the middle is gorgeous; lots of bird-watching possibilities for your cats. The horrid beagles that used to live across the hall from me moved away.

Whitworth is totally my favorite restaurant on the hill! $.50 Manny's, $1.00 burgers, and an amazing deck with Olympic and Cascade views. What's not to love.
