Building is horrible, Manager is awesome byoiseau7 months ago 0 of 0 readers thought this was helpful
I lived here for a year. I will list a few reasons why I do not reccomend renting.

The walls are paper thin.
The sink and bathtub in the bathroom were both completely clogged upon move in.
The unit was supposed to have a big patched hole in the wall painted over before move in -Never happened.
The lock on my door was broken for about 3 weeks and it took about 5 calls to the old manager to get it fixed.
The building did not have recycling service until the new manager came on board.
My neighbors had parties all night every nght (until about 4am) and continued after numerous complaints.

this is all i can think of at the moment....but yeah.

Scott the apartment manager is awesome though.
