the person has to be dead for at least 3 years for them to name a park after them. No kidding. I looked into it after thinking that it would be a nice thing to name one of the parks after Shannon, the woman murdered on 15th. |

| Hate to p-on everyone's p-rade (sorry) but, does anyone else have whiney issues with p-patches like me? I can't think of a more selfish way to use a plot of "public" space than for a garden that only a couple people get to use. How's that fair? | |
