4-story, brick building built in 1960's. 51 units - studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms available. Great views from the west facing apartments. Quiet building near Cornell and within short walking distance to the Broadway Market and downtown buslines. Secure parking garage, laundry room, elevator and large windows to let in the sunshine.
Resident managers are friendly, conscientious and approachable.

5-story building, one block west of Broadway on Mercer. Mostly 1-bedroom units with approx a dozen 2-bedroom units (on either end and in the center of the building near the elevator). Wide south-facing common balcony, great for lounge chairs or gardening!

Secure building entry, laundry room on site, cats OK, some parking behind building (for a fee, and usually with a waiting list).

Pan Asian restaurant and bar on the corner of 12th & Pike. Unusual for restaurants at the perimeter of Pike/Pine, it offers both brunch & lunch & late night dining.

Hearty breakfasts and rotating menu keeps the crowds coming back. You gotta stand in line for breakfast every now and then, no? Part of the human condition!

Three-story, 19-unit, brick building with studios and 1BR apartments. Tenant storage, basement garage for cars (costs extra). Cats allowed. NOT to be confused with behemoth Cornell and Associates Apartments.
